Article 4 Consignment for handling of video information processing device
Stayrak consigns the handling of video information processing device as below to fulfill the service and according to the relevant laws and regulations,
the consignment contract stipulates the matters necessary for the personal information to be managed safely.

Handling procedure: Records and manage matters related to requests for provision to a third party, destruction, and access of personal video information other than for the purpose and permanently delete (shred or incinerate for printouts) in a way that it cannot be restored when the retention period expires.
Article 6 Matters concerning the confirmation method and location of personal video information

- - Confirmation location: CCTV access department (safety room, etc.)
Article 7 Measures for requests such as accessing the video information by the subject
You may ask the operator of the video information processing device at any time if you wish to view, confirm or delete your personal video information.
However, it is limited to the personal video information you are in and the personal video information in clear need for the benefit of the life, body and property of the subject.
Stayrak will take necessary measures without delay if you ask for confirmation or deletion of personal video information.
Article 8 Measures to Ensure Safety of Video Information
The video information processed by SanhaIT Co., Ltd. under the company is managed safely through encryption measures. In addition, as a management measure for protecting personal information of Stayrak, the Company grants different access rights to personal information, and in order to prevent illegal or unauthorized alteration of personal video information, the date and time of creation of personal video information, the purpose, person, and time of access are recorded and managed. In addition, locks are installed for safe physical storage of personal video information.
Article 9 Matters Concerning the Change of Privacy Policy
This video information processing device operation and management policy was enacted on September 19, 2014, and if there is any addition, deletion or modification of contents due to changes in laws, policies or security technologies, the Company will announce the reason for change and the contents at least 7 days before the implementation on Stayrak homepage.
